    ORDER QUESTIONS


    Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order.

    Please email us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. As our products are all one-of-a-kind and customized, we may or may not be able to process the cancelation.

    All personalized orders are shipped in 10 days or less.

    You can purchase a personalized gift bag and add a personalized note during checkout.

    We offer free shipping for all orders over $50. Otherwise we charge a flat rate of $5 via USPS Priority mail.

    Shipping can be upgraded to FedEx Express, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight and rates will vary depending on shipping destination.

    We can ship anywhere internationally and we will charge you what they charge us. Please keep in mind depending on what delivery service you choose it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Often times tracking information from USPS does not update once the package has left the US.

    *If you are ordering from Canada, and choose Fedex International shipping, you will be responsible for duties and taxes

    We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

    We are required to charge sales tax to any customers in the state of Washington, otherwise you will not be charged sales tax.

    Account Questions


    There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email we send. Please keep in mind, order confirmations will still be sent.

    You can reset your password by selecting the Forgot your Password link at the login page. You will then be sent an email that will allow you to change the password for your Ace Playfield shopping account. If you are prompted with the screen that says No account found with that email create a new account. Please note you do not need an account to place an order with us.


    Return Questions


    Due to the personalized nature of our pieces we do not accept returns.

    If your package or order contains a defective garment or sewing issue please email us within 7 days of receipt so that we can work to resolve the issue for you.
